Today’s workout was simply cardio, although “simply” is for sure an understatement. I usually slack off on cardio days, but I tried my hardest to push push push.

Love Drunk [Boys Like Girls] – Sprint during chorus, recover during verses
Breath [Breaking Benjamin] – increase resistance (RPM=80 max), during chorus increase resistance even more and stand up
Til the World Ends [Britney Spears] – SPRINT during the (long) chorus
Don’t Stop Believin’ [Glee Cast] – increase resistance every 30 seconds
Some Kind of Wonderful [Michael Buble] – Cool down w/no or little resistance
Hello Seattle [Owl City] – Stretch
Elliptical (Total=20 mins)
I increased the incline by 5 every 5 minutes, and kept a constant resistance at 5.
