Whole-Wheat & Oats Pancakes

Whole-Wheat & Oats Pancakes
Serves:1

1/6 cup whole-wheat flour
1/6 cup old-fashioned oats
dash of salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp of agave (or other sweetener, depending on your taste buds)
1/4 egg
1/4 cup almond milk

Mix dry ingredients.  Mix wet ingredients.  Mix wet into dry.  Heat up a greased skillet or pan on the stove.  Pour 1/3 of the batter and let it set until it starts to bubble.  Add whatever toppings you choose and then flip over to finish cooking. 

I used blueberries, raspberries, and almond butter for mine.  Almond butter DEFinitely took the (pan)cake.  And what is a breakfast without a banana?!
