Instead of boring you to death with workout after workout that all start to look the same I’ll post my daily workouts here.  Accountability, yes please!

August 21-August 27
Sunday: Legs + 3 mile run on treadmill
Monday: Chest & shoulders alternating workout + 1 mile run
Tuesday: Back & abs with running sets in between
Wednesday:  Shoulders, bis & tris with elliptical sets in between
Thursday: OFF
Friday: Back & hamstrings + 15 min HIIT run [1 min@ 6.0, 30 seconds @ 8.5]
Saturday: chest & shoulders with focus on chest with running sets in between [1 min @ 6.0, 1 min @ 7.0, 1 min @ 8.0, 30 sec @ 7.0, 30 sec @ 6.0]

August 14-August 20
Sunday: Full body weights – squats (4×8), bench press (4×8), one-arm row + pullups, plie squats (4×10), military press (4×8), fire hydrants/donkey kicks/abs; elliptical HIIT
Monday: 25 minute run (OutSiDe! 🙂 ) + ab circuit
Tuesday: Full body weights – deadlifts (5×5), lateral raises (5×5), decline bench press (4×10), rear delt flyes (4×8), overhead extension (5×5), hammer curls (5×6); treadmill HIIT – 1 min @ 6.0 mph, 30 seconds @ 8.5 or 9.0 mph
Wednesday: 30 min easy elliptical

August 7-August 13
Sunday: leg workout + 20 min HIIT on treadmill
Monday: back & abs
Tuesday: chest & shoulders
Wednesday: 20 min relaxation yoga
Thursday: back & hamstrings
Friday: shoulders/biceps/triceps
Saturday: OFF

July 31-August 6
Sunday: OFF
Monday: 15 min easy run + full body weight workoutTuesday: OFF
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: OFF
Friday: NROLFW 1A + 15 min HIIT & 3 mile run
Saturday: OFF-birthdaybabyy


July 17-July 23

Sunday:  30 min run (2 mins moderate, 30 sec sprint); leg workout
Monday: 10 min elliptical warm-up; back & shoulder supersets with 3 minute running intervals between
Tuesday: Jillian’s Michael Banish Fat Boost Metabolism + 5 minute ab circuit
Wednesday: 15 minute cross-trainer HIIT & full-body weights circuit; Afternoon: 20 minute Detox Yoga
Thursday: 1 hr tennis + 45 min Cardio Yoga; Afternoon: ZUMBA
Friday: 20 min treadmill (alternating between 4.5 and 8.0) + full body weights workout
Saturday: OFF 🙂

July 24-July 30
Sunday: 15 min elliptical + lower body weights; Afternoon: 1 mile easy jog
Monday: 20 min elliptical + 1 hour tennis, back workout; Afternoon: Zumba!
Tuesday: 30 min random run & chest/shoulders weights
Wednesday: 35 min elliptical + stretch
Thursday: 20 min HIIT + full body workout; Afternoon: 20 min stretch yoga
Friday: 2 mile run outside (ick) + core workout
Saturday: Sitting on a plane aka OFF DAAYY
